Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years line cooking experience preferred
  • culinary degree or related experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • at least 2 years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to work single kitchen stations
  • proficiency in basic cooking techniques
  • capable of standing for long periods
  • accustomed to working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare soups and sauces per recipes
  • work all kitchen stations including Main Kitchen, Banquet Production, and line stations
  • perform all basic cooking skills
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • manage flexible work schedule including lunch shifts, weekends, and holidays
