Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- basic computer skills
- at least 2 years of related food experience preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or similar medical facility
- excellent customer service skills
- availability to work full-time or part-time including rotating weekends and holidays
- ability to work without late night shifts

Job Duties
- prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
- assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors
- collaborate with Executive Chef to create and review menus
- ensure meals are prepared in accordance with portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies
