Job Duties
- prepare food according to approved recipes and portion control guidelines
- ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and internal food safety policies
- collaborate with the dietary director to design and review nutritious menus
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas
- assist in inventory management and stock control
- support team members to ensure timely meal service
- participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
