Job Duties

  • prepare food according to approved recipes and portion control guidelines
  • ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and internal food safety policies
  • collaborate with the dietary director to design and review nutritious menus
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas
  • assist in inventory management and stock control
  • support team members to ensure timely meal service
  • participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
