Job Duties
- prepare meals according to established portion control procedures and sanitary regulations
- collaborate with the Dietary Director to create and review menus
- ensure meals meet high standards of foodservice quality and culinary experience
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- follow established policies and procedures for food preparation and storage
- support team members to ensure timely meal delivery
- comply with all health and safety guidelines
