Job Duties

  • prepare meals according to established portion control procedures and sanitary regulations
  • collaborate with the Dietary Director to create and review menus
  • ensure meals meet high standards of foodservice quality and culinary experience
  • maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
  • follow established policies and procedures for food preparation and storage
  • support team members to ensure timely meal delivery
  • comply with all health and safety guidelines
