Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certified
  • basic computer skills
  • at least 2 years of related food experience in hospital, nursing care facility or medical facility
  • excellent customer service skills
  • team player dedicated to supporting team members
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • located within commutable distance to Rochester Hills

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of related food experience preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • strong knowledge of food procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
  • coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
  • assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
  • assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
  • promote hospitality and excellent customer service
  • foster a positive, healthy environment for guests and visitors
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and review menus
