Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- basic computer skills
- at least 2 years of related food experience in hospital, nursing care facility or medical facility
- excellent customer service skills
- team player dedicated to supporting team members
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- located within commutable distance to Rochester Hills

Job Duties
- Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
- assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- promote hospitality and excellent customer service
- foster a positive, healthy environment for guests and visitors
- collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and review menus
