Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- Basic computer skills
- At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility
- Strong knowledge of food procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
- Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus
- Ensure meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and policies
