Job Requirements

possession of ServSafe Food Manager certification or Food Protection Manager Certification must obtain certification within six months if not possessed at hire
two or more years of cooking experience in institutional or restaurant settings
valid Class C California driver's license
ability to pass background investigation suitable to work in a locked facility
felony and misdemeanor convictions may disqualify candidates depending on severity and recency
ability to work under strict safety and security protocols
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

possession of ServSafe Food Manager certification or Food Protection Manager Certification
two or more years of experience as a Cook in the institutional or restaurant industry
ability to read and follow standardized recipes
ability to work as part of a team in a large scale fast paced kitchen environment
possession of valid Class C California driver's license
experience driving a delivery truck preferred
