Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Minimum one year experience in standalone restaurant or hotel environment preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures like freezers and kitchens

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in standalone restaurant or hotel environment preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of hot and cold foods that meet hotel standards
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
  • Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
