Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Minimum one year experience in standalone restaurant or hotel environment preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures like freezers and kitchens

- Experience in standalone restaurant or hotel environment preferred
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparation of hot and cold foods that meet hotel standards
- Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
- Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
