Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food equipment up to 200 pounds
- Comfortable working in temperature extremes such as freezers and hot kitchens
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passionate about food and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous luxury hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold foods that meet hotel's high standards
- Maintain detailed knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
- Fulfill guest orders promptly with skillful attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a professional manner
