  • minimum two years experience in food service or supervisory roles
  • ability to read and write in English
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • availability for per diem part-time day shifts

  • preferred five years experience in food service training
  • ability to read and write in English
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Duties

  • Preparing food per recipes and production sheets
  • setting up food in a designated area per department standards
  • taking and recording food and refrigeration temperatures
  • cleaning and sanitizing according to department standards
  • participating in department and hospital performance improvement activities
  • attending team or department meetings
  • complying with hospital and department policies including food safety regulations
  • plating and serving prepared food for patient tray delivery
