Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to push and pull heavy equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
Willingness to work in varied temperature conditions including freezers and hot kitchens

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum one year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel kitchen environment a plus
Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant settings a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for creating exceptional food and guest experiences

Job Duties

Responsible for preparation of hot and cold foods that meet high standards
Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with attention to detail
Work collaboratively in a professional kitchen environment
Deliver on guests' expectations and create memorable WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
