Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull heavy equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varied temperature conditions including freezers and hot kitchens

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel kitchen environment a plus
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant settings a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional food and guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of hot and cold foods that meet high standards
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
  • Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a professional kitchen environment
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and create memorable WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
