Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
  • Ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, perform repetitive motions, and bend
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during a shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly
  • Willingness to work in varied temperature environments including freezers and hot kitchens

Job Qualifications

  • One year minimum experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment preferred
  • Experience in luxury hotel environments is a plus
  • Passion for creating dishes and storytelling with food
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and memorable experiences

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of hot and cold foods that meet the hotel’s high standards
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques to execute dishes at the highest level following kitchen standards
  • Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a professional team environment
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned outside the normal scope based on business needs
