Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including fractions and decimals
- Ability to present information effectively
- Ability to interact with guests and staff
- Must qualify for required licenses and permits
- Must complete responsible alcohol service training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
- Prior food handling, cashier and/or attendant experience preferred
- Prior knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and cleaning chemicals preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to present proper phone etiquette
- Ability to interact with guests and staff tactfully and diplomatically
- Ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
Job Duties
- Consistently prepares breakfast, lunch, or dinner to standards established by the Executive Chef
- Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly
- Assist in the training of new cooks
- Must be able to stand a full shift
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow cast members
- Any and all duties as assigned by your manager or a member of management
- Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by your supervisor
