Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must successfully complete applicable responsible alcohol service training
- Must be able to stand a full shift and perform physical demands including lifting and moving weight up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environment and occasional exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, and varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior food handling, cashier and/or attendant experience preferred
- Prior knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and ability to identify temperature danger zones preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues diplomatically and tactfully
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups
Job Duties
- Consistently prepares breakfast, lunch, or dinner to standards established by the Executive Chef
- Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly
- Assist in the training of new cooks
- Must be able to stand a full shift
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow cast members
- Any and all duties as assigned by your manager or a member of management
- Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by your supervisor
