Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must successfully complete applicable responsible alcohol service training
  • Must be able to stand a full shift and perform physical demands including lifting and moving weight up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environment and occasional exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, and varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior food handling, cashier and/or attendant experience preferred
  • Prior knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and ability to identify temperature danger zones preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues diplomatically and tactfully

Job Duties

  • Consistently prepares breakfast, lunch, or dinner to standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly
  • Assist in the training of new cooks
  • Must be able to stand a full shift
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow cast members
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your manager or a member of management
  • Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by your supervisor
