Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to present phone etiquette
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Must complete responsible alcohol service training
- Must qualify for required licenses and permits
- Ability to stand a full shift
- Must be able to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance
- Willingness to work in moderate to loud noise environments with exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, and outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Prior food handling, cashier and/or attendant experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and ability to identify temperature danger zones preferred
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to effectively present proper phone etiquette
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems tactfully
Job Duties
- Consistently prepares breakfast, lunch, or dinner to standards established by the Executive Chef
- Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly
- Assist in the training of new cooks
- Must be able to stand a full shift
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow cast members
- Performs any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management
- Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by your supervisor
