- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical capability to stand sit walk bend twist and lift 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to perform various culinary tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine doneness and monitor quality
- Set-up and break down work stations and serve proper food portions
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
- Check and ensure correct temperature of appliances and food
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing sitting walking bending twisting and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
