Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fully conversational in English
- 3 plus years of culinary experience in a fast-paced dining restaurant
- Experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
- Must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
- Excellent knife skills
- Able to lift 35 lbs or more
- Able to work in a team environment

- Experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Excellent knife skills
- Able to lift 35 lbs or more
- Experience supporting other cooks and working in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items on each station
- Prepare the station for service
- Control the quality of all food items to OTG specifications and restaurant directions
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate all kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and work toward guest satisfaction
