Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 1 year of line cooking experience is preferred
- ability to obtain Food Handler certificate if not already possessed
- valid driver's license where applicable
- keen attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow directions and recipes accurately

- preferably 1 year of basic line cooking experience in a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company
- basic knowledge of all facets of kitchen work
- keen eye for details
- ability to follow recipe cards accurately and use a Point of Sale (POS) system
Job Duties
- assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area
- assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices
- assist kitchen attendant as needed
