Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or culinary role
- Ability to work rotating shifts on a PRN basis
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a commercial or healthcare kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist in the coordination of kitchen activities during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare staff to accommodate patient dietary needs
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
