Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing
  • use baking and measuring tools safely
  • comply with food safety and personal hygiene procedures
  • check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues
  • wash and disinfect kitchen area and maintain sanitation
  • monitor food quality and portion control throughout shift
  • follow company policies including safety and security
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • maintain clean and professional appearance
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • comply with quality expectations
  • lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
