Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Food service or culinary arts degree preferred
- 3 years pastry or bakery work experience
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- Prepares all pastry items quickly, efficiently, and consistently
- Prepares pastry and bakery products according to established proper presentation standards
- Organizes, rotates, and stocks hot lines properly
- Meets guests needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals
- Ensures the employee dining area is properly supplied with freshly prepared food
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations
- Works in a safe manner at all times
- Assists in other kitchens of the casino as necessary
- Keeps the work area clean and organized and deep cleans the area at the end of shifts
- Follows the proper closing procedure with cleaning and labeling
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- Promotes positive public and employee relations
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
