Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Use baking and measuring tools, kitchen equipment, and appliances safely
  • Follow food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • Monitor food temperatures and report issues to management
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area, set up and break down work station
  • Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift
