Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Use baking and measuring tools, kitchen equipment, and appliances safely
- Follow food safety and personal hygiene policies
- Monitor food temperatures and report issues to management
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, set up and break down work station
- Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift
