Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
  • Less than one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety procedures
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • Use kitchen tools, appliances, and equipment safely and properly for measuring and baking
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
  • Monitor and verify cooking appliance and food temperatures, reporting issues to management
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, set up workstations, and adhere to cleaning procedures
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
