Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • less than one year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • ability to stretch, bend, twist, and crouch as needed
  • adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • willingness to follow all company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and properly
  • wash and sanitize kitchen areas and maintain cleanliness
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes during shifts
  • follow and comply with food handling safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • support the team to achieve common goals
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
