Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Culinary related degree preferred
- Food Worker Card required issued by county and valid throughout Washington state
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- One year experience in culinary arts preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in kitchen environment subject to hot/cold equipment and tray assembly

Job Duties
- Responsible for hot and cold food production delivering service excellence relative to patient, cafe and catering meal hot and cold food production
- Ensure food presentation and food quality meet Overlake Medical Center standards
- Maintain safe temperature hot/cold food holding to comply with food safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation from initial stage to final service
- Assist in tray assembly and timely food delivery
- Comply with health and safety guidelines in kitchen environment
- Collaborate with dining services team to optimize meal services
