Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months to one year related experience or training
- Prior Asian cooking experience required
- Ability to read simple sentences and recognize basic numerical data
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach hands and arms, frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying environmental conditions
- ServSafe Alcohol training certification required
Job Qualifications

- One to three months to one year related experience or training
- Prior Asian wok or Asian culinary experience required
- Ability to read simple sentences and recognize word and number patterns
- Food safety knowledge including ServSafe Alcohol certification
- Physical capability to perform standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and exposure to varied kitchen conditions
Job Duties
- Utilize all Noodle Bar Station equipment and kitchen tools to an advanced level
- Maintain thorough knowledge and execution of Asian cooking styles including Pho, wok station, stir-fry
- Ensure Asian product taste, presentation, and quality exceed customer expectations and standards
- Assist with Sushi station preparations as needed
- Prepare a la carte and buffet food items, assisting cooks and Sous Chefs as directed
- Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards per ServSafe guidelines
- Monitor and maintain proper time and temperature controls for food safety
