Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior Asian wok or Asian culinary experience required
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- Ability to print and speak simple sentences
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold and extreme heat
- Must successfully complete ServSafe alcohol training certification course

Job Duties
- Utilize all noodle bar station equipment and other kitchen equipment to an advanced level
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Asian cooking styles and techniques including pho cook, wok station, and stir-fry
- Ensure Asian product taste and presentation exceed customer expectations and food and beverage standards
- Assist with sushi station as needed
- Prepare a la carte and buffet food items and assist cooks and sous chefs as directed
- Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards as set forth by ServSafe
- Follow proper time and temperature controls for food safety
