Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior professional kitchen experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move 40-50 pounds
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene practices

- Availability to cover shifts
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in a professional kitchen
- One plus years of experience in a food service environment preferred
- Advanced knife skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment usage
- Understanding of kitchen safety and etiquette
- Strong emphasis on guest service and providing the best possible service
Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items across all property venues
- Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products
- Assist with food delivery check in for quality and quantity
- Ensure proper freezer and stock labeling and rotation of food items and ingredients
- Follow all standardized recipes
- Adhere to all food safety procedures and guidelines
- Open shifts and prepare the venue for planned volumes
- Coordinate daily tasks with Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Cover off days for Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain effective communication between staff and a friendly working environment
- Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks
- Lift and move 40-50 pounds
- Work required shifts including weekends and holidays
- Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- May be responsible for cashier duties if assigned to mobile or quick service restaurant outlets
