Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of professional cooking experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • food handler's certification or ability to obtain
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • willingness to work in hot cold and humid environments
  • capacity for frequent bending stooping and reaching

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional cooking experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • food handler's certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items during service maintaining quality speed and consistency
  • set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • follow recipes portion controls and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members
  • follow health safety and sanitation guidelines
