Job Duties

  • Perform fast food cooking (grill) duties as required
  • Read food orders or receive verbal instructions and prepare food accordingly
  • Provide the highest quality of service to customers
  • Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various food items
  • Operate kitchen equipment for measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients
  • Taste products, estimate food requirements, check production, and maintain records
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all regulatory and client rules
