Job Duties
- Perform fast food cooking (grill) duties as required
- Read food orders or receive verbal instructions and prepare food accordingly
- Provide the highest quality of service to customers
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various food items
- Operate kitchen equipment for measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients
- Taste products, estimate food requirements, check production, and maintain records
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all regulatory and client rules
