Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- at least 2 years of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required
- ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and twist for extended periods

- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- demonstrate good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare presentations of banquet dishes and trays
- prepare cold dishes
- operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to cook dishes
- prepare ingredients for cooking such as dividing, chopping, and storing food
- cook and prepare food
- weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- monitor food quality during preparation and throughout the day
