Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no licenses or certifications required
  • ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and twist for extended periods
  • comply with all company safety and security policies
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • demonstrate good communication skills

  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare presentations of banquet dishes and trays
  • prepare cold dishes
  • operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to cook dishes
  • prepare ingredients for cooking such as dividing, chopping, and storing food
  • cook and prepare food
  • weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
  • wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • monitor food quality during preparation and throughout the day
