Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
- Two years of line cooking experience preferred
- California Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry moderate weight
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills

- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Able to work independently at single kitchen stations

- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
- California Food Handlers Certification
Job Duties
- Prepare food items in accordance with Hyatt culinary standards
- Manage single kitchen stations including the omelet station
- Multi-task by cooking for multiple areas such as Banquets and Outlets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service team members to deliver efficient service
