Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge

Job Duties

  • Handle preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, and sauté items
  • Prepare daily specials
  • Check quality of finished food products
  • Ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures daily
  • Receive products from the storeroom
  • Work single-station in the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
