- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Handle preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, and sauté items
- Prepare daily specials
- Check quality of finished food products
- Ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures daily
- Receive products from the storeroom
- Work single-station in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
