Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience working in all kitchens such as the cold kitchen, restaurants, banquets, and butcher area
- hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- requires moderate supervision and training
- texas food handlers certification
- flexibility to work any days of the week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare braised food, grill, broil, blanch, cook, and sauté items
- prepare daily specials
- check the quality of finished food products
- ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures
- receive products from the storeroom
- work single-station in the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
