Job Requirements

  • Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours
  • Capability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Flexibility to work in hot, cold, and humid environments
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional cooking experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
