Job Requirements
- Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Capability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work in hot, cold, and humid environments
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional cooking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
