Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- willingness to support team and management as needed

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
