Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • willingness to support team and management as needed

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
