Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Reliable and punctual with good attendance
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standards
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary work experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Adaptable to varying shift schedules
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
  • Serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station when required
  • Support management by assisting in daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
  • Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client needs and business requirements
