Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience
Ability to work morning weekday shifts
Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
Team-oriented mindset and adaptability
Commitment to workplace safety
Willingness to perform assigned tasks as needed

Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Duties

Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events catering
Read and follow basic recipes and product instructions to prepare various foods
Prepare foods and attend to a la carte orders or operate a grill station
Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business hours
Attend work and report to scheduled shift on time with regularity
Perform additional tasks as assigned depending on business and client needs
