Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work variable shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Adaptability to varying schedules and work demands
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
