Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days, hours, and rotating weekends
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
