Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one to two years of culinary experience
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking methods and food safety
- Must obtain Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Successful completion of background check, drug test, physical, and TB screening
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to recipes with attention to quality and presentation
- Adjust recipes for dietary restrictions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Mentor and support Cook I staff
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Assist with meal service delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
