Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Successful completion of food safety training or certification preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable and reliable work ethic
- Experience in food service environments
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station when needed
- Support management in oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
- Help reduce food waste by preparing appropriate food quantities
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on client and account needs
