Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Successful completion of food safety training or certification preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptable and reliable work ethic
  • Experience in food service environments
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station when needed
  • Support management in oversight of key functions and employees during business operations
  • Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
  • Help reduce food waste by preparing appropriate food quantities
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on client and account needs
