Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in a cooking role
- Ability to work any shift, demonstrating open availability
- Capacity to adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to undertake additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of related work experience
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining safe and hygienic standards in the kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Reduce food waste through efficient preparation methods
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
