Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related cooking experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to complete safety training

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Prepare cold foods
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently and monitor food quality
- Set-up and break down work station
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
- Check and ensure correctness of food and appliance temperatures
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond to employee concerns
- Stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Reach overhead and below knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
- Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
