Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle food preparation tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and punctuality
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation directions precisely
  • Good customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
