Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle food preparation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation directions precisely
- Good customer service skills
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
