Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five plus years experience in a high-volume kitchen or food service setting or two plus years similar experience and culinary degree
- Knowledge of batch cooking and production line work
- Strong understanding of special dietary needs and food safety guidelines
- Ability to lead and coach team members
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work full-time shifts Thursday to Sunday
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to weekly menus and special dietary plans following food safety guidelines
- Cook hearty entrees, homemade soups, and sauces using batch cooking methods
- Communicate menu changes or additions to the signage team
- Monitor food quality and flavor, making adjustments as necessary
- Supervise prep staff on special diet meal preparation
- Work efficiently under pressure and solve kitchen challenges
- Maintain a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
