Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of cooking or food preparation experience
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
  • Experience in a food service or culinary setting is advantageous
  • Ability to follow established recipes and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
