Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of cooking or food preparation experience
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
Job Qualifications
- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Experience in a food service or culinary setting is advantageous
- Ability to follow established recipes and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
