Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one to two years of culinary experience
strong knowledge of basic cooking methods and food safety
must obtain Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days of hire
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
excellent teamwork and communication skills
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
successful completion of background check, drug test, physical, and TB screening
valid driver’s license
