Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including rotating weekends
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cooking

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Experience with food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain quality standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
