Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • capability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
  • physical ability to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • willingness to work in a team environment

  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines

  • basic culinary knowledge and skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned varying by account and client requirements
