Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
- capability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- physical ability to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned varying by account and client requirements
